Having been a lonely young trans person rejected from what is laughingly called the 'bosom' of my family one snowy Christmas back in the seventies (sounds like a Dickens Christmas story, dunnit?) I admire your willingness to take up this task, having 'personed' a telephone helpline on the same day in pre web days (so I'm getting middle aged, already :o) It can be a very lonely time for some.

Do make time to have some fun as well :o)

yes thats why we do it. Ethan St Pierre is also concerned about folk on these potentially very low points of the year like Xmas and Thanksgiving in the US. He was doing his internet radio show in conjuction with us 'the 12 days of Xmas' on TransFM but his power is out with the v bad storm they had. Hope they get it back in time.

Thank you for the personal thought. I have been to rather a lot of parties already actually *holds head and groans* and will be trying to catch up with family near to the day
